RRB Group D employees are placed under Pay Level 1 of the 7th Pay Commission:

• Children Education Allowance: ₹2,250/month per child (2 children)
• LTC (Leave Travel Concession): Paid travel twice in a service block
• Festival Advance: Interest-free advance during Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc.
• NPS Pension: Government contributes 14% of Basic+DA to pension fund

• After 2 years: MACP — 1st assured career progression to Level 2 (₹19,900 Basic)
